CPM Washing and Dyeing is a UK-Bangladesh JV Washing Plant under CPM Composite Knit Ltd. CPM Washing and Dyeing is 1.7 million US Dollars project which is being set up at Ashulia (near Savar Cantonment), Dhaka. This Plant will cater up-market buyers in the US, Canada and Europe. The Plant’s average capacity is 25,000 garments a day. Our facilities will offer numerous garment-finishing services including garment washing, dyeing, sandblasting, hand scraping, and air brushing among other treatments. The Plant is equipped with state of the art technology. Computerized machinery ensures accuracy and efficiency. Safety standards are adhered to, especially with regard to personnel working with chemicals and machine operators. Machine operators, quality controllers, checkers, and chemical analysts have received training at internationally accredited organizations with regard to COSHH (Chemicals of Substances Hazardous to Health). Environmental pollution has also been addressed through the establishment of a wastewater treatment plant.
