Consultancy/Information technology is the Chief
Executive Officer of CPM. He graduated in
Engineering from the Northeastern University,
Boston, USA in 1989 and obtained Master of
Science degree specialized in Project Management
from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida,
USA in 1990.
Mr.Sharif has been
Management/IT Consultant of more than fifteen
prestigious organizations including World Bank,
Government Ministries, Semi-Government
Organizations, Multi-nationals and Large Private
companies in Bangladesh. He had been associated
with numerous IT Turn-Key projects, software
projects, network integration projects and
training programs in Bangladesh.
He has strong
academic background heaving a faculty member in
the Computer Science and Engineering Department
of Bangladesh University of Engineering and
Technology (BUET). He was also faculty member of
North South University and AmBan University
(University of Houston Affiliate). Mr. Sharif
attended many professional seminars and
delivered lectures throughout Asia, Europe and
United States of America. He has strong
background in Management and Law. Finally, Mr.
Sharif has contacts with a wide network of
professionals and professional organizations all
over the world.
Commodore (Retd) Moyeen
COO/ CPM Holdings Ltd.
Commodore Moyeen served a distinguished
career of 33 years in Bangladesh Navy. He
obtained Masters in Defence Studies from
National University, Gunnery specialization
from Italy, Staff Course from Greenwich and
Command Course from the United States. He also
participated in an Executive Seminar on
“Initiatives in Conflict Management” at
Harvard University.
He commanded various naval areas including BN
Flotilla and was a Faculty Member in Staff
College and National Defence College. He
served as Naval Secretary and Directors of
Naval Plans in NHQ, Chairman Mongla Port
including Benapole Land Port and Managing
Director Khulna Shipyard. He did many special duties in Aid to Civil
Power like disaster relief, negotiating ship’s
purchase at national level and heading
goodwill visits to many countries.

Mr. Arifur Rahman is a Computer Engineering
graduate from AMA International University
Bangladesh (AIUB), Dhaka. He brings 7 years of
Networking/VSAT/Radio Link based professional
experience to the company. Mr. Rahman has
designed and implemented multiple large
networking solutions based on SUN
Microsystems/ Win 2000 and Linux based
operating systems. He was comprehensive
knowledge in Cisco IOS. He is also a MCP and
CCNA. He has a MBA from Northern University,
Dhaka. Prior to joining CPM, he was the CTO of
a large ISP in Dhaka.

Lt Col Mozammel
Hossain served more than 27 years in
Bangladesh Army. For his outstanding
performance in operation received gallantry
award Bir Protik. He commanded one Field
Regiment Artillery and 4 Bangladesh Rifles
Battalions. Served in Army Head quarters as
Assistant Adjutant General. He was an
observer of United Nations Peace Keeping
Operations in Uganda. Served as Brigade
Major of an Artillery Brigade. One of the
pioneer founder members of the then
Presidential Security Force Present Special

the Sales Manager in National Computers Ltd. He
served as an Operation Manager in Grameen IT
