Mr. Shariful Islam was the former Chief Engineer of Bangladesh Army and Bangladesh Navy. He was also former Chairman of Dhaka WASA, Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation and Bangladesh Jute Corporation. He basically has engineering background and worked in several prestigious projects during his almost forty years of work experience, which is broad and highly distinguished.

Tam Basunia is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has been a professional accountant for over 30 years, joining Price Waterhouse in London in 1969. Tam became a Partner of the firm in 1981 and was instrumental in establishing the firm's presence in the Middle East and later on in Russia and Central Europe. In the Middle East, Tam was the Managing Partner for Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Abu Dhabi. In Russia, Tam was the Deputy Senior Partner of the practice from which he retired in December 2005.
Tam was also a member of the PW Supervisory Board for UK and Europe and for many years Tam was also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Price Waterhouse Coopers in Russia and Central Europe. Prior to his retirement, Tam was also the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Price Waterhouse Coopers in Russia and Central Europe.

A highly reputed development expert and specialist in development economics and planning and a Post Graduate alumni from Dhaka University with multi dimensional national and international experiences, Mr Mashiur Rahman is involved in the corporate world in Bangladesh and abroad for about 35 years. Last few decades Mr Rahman remained busy in advising the Government, multi-lateral donors/development partners, like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and all major multilateral and bilateral development agencies, advised them in project development in multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary areas. It is worthwhile to mention that Mr Rahman has substantial grasp and exposure in formulating polices/strategies on public and private investments in Bangladesh and other countries in the region. Having more than 30 years consulting and advisory roles, Mr Rahman has changed his focus in private sector initiatives and proceeded to venture few successful enterprises in project management of infrastructure projects, financial/capital market, commercial enterprises, took leadership in forming and delivering project management to provide full range of expertise and advisory for large projects.

Captain Saber Sharif served a very distinguished 25 years service in Bangladesh Navy. He commanded 4 warships and served in the capacity of Director of Naval Operations. During his meritorious service he received training in Federal Republic of Republic of Germany (5 years), India, Malaysia and Turkey. He also received Presidential Police Medal (PPM) for his outstanding service. He has 25 years of administrative and managerial experience.
