Mr. Shariful Islam was the former Chief Engineer of Bangladesh Army and Bangladesh Navy. He was also former Chairman of Dhaka WASA, Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation and Bangladesh Jute Corporation. He basically has engineering background and worked in several prestigious projects during his almost forty years of work experience, which is broad and highly distinguished.

Tamjid Hossain Basunia is a fellow of the Institute of chartered Accounts in England and Wales. He has been a professional accountant for over 30 years, joining Price Waterhouse in London in 1969. He became a partner in 1981 and has been instrumental in establishing the firms presence in the Middle East and later on in Russia and Central Europe. In the Middle East, he was the managing partner for Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Abu Dhabi. In Russia, he was the senior deputy partner of the practice from which he retired in December 2005.

Tamjid was a member of Price Waterhouse Supervisory Board for UK and Europe. For many years he was also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Price WaterhouseCoopers in Russia and Central Europe. Prior to his retirement, he was also the chairman of Audit committee for PwC in Russia and Central Europe.

He joined up with Mr. Sohel Sharif in establishing different business enterprises in Bangladesh and Europe in CPM Group. Director

Captain Saber Sharif served a very distinguished 25 years service in Bangladesh Navy. He commanded 4 warships and served in the capacity of Director of Naval Operations. During his meritorious service he received training in Federal Republic of Republic of Germany (5 years), India, Malaysia and Turkey. He also received Presidential Police Medal (PPM) for his outstanding service. He has 25 years of administrative and managerial experience. He is specialized in communication. During his service he visited USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, FRG, France, Norway, Myanmar, Srilanka as part of national/service delegation.

Bringing more than fifteen years experience in Consultancy /IT industry Mr. Sharif has chief responsibility for directing all facets of CPM’s business. He is a bright, hardworking, young and energetic entrepreneur with wide ranging experience in the field of Consultancy/Information technology is the Chief Executive Officer of CPM. He graduated in Engineering from the Northeastern University, Boston, USA in 1989 and obtained Master of Science degree specialized in Project Management from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida, and USA in 1990.

Mr. Sharif has been Management/IT Consultant of more than fifteen prestigious organizations including the World Bank, Government Ministries, Semi-Government Organizations, Multi-nationals and Large Private companies in Bangladesh. He had been associated with numerous IT Turn-Key projects, software projects, network integration projects and training programs in Bangladesh.

He has strong academic background having been a faculty member in the Computer Science and Engineering Department of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He was also faculty member of North South University and AmBan University (University of Houston Affiliate). Mr. Sharif has attended many professional seminars and delivered lectures in Boston (USA), Florida (USA), Washington DC (USA), New York (USA), Seattle (USA), New Jersey (USA), Denmark, Singapore, London (UK), Holland, Germany, New Delhi (India), Bangalore (India), Calcutta (India), and Dhaka (Bangladesh). He has  a strong background in Management and Law. Finally, Mr. Sharif has liaison with a wide network of professionals and professional organizations globally.
